Not wheat but riceflour

I had to consume aashirvaad aata last month when I could not wash and clean the wheat that I had it stored. Usually I consume the whole wheat flour that we get grinded at a nearby chakki only. Choosing aashirvaad atta wasnt that difficult since its quite popular and for quite sometime the only branded flour available in the market so we got the 10 kg bag of flour .But to our disappointment the flour was too refined and tasted not like like wheat at all also the rotis/chapattis were of white colour. It was my mother who declared that it consist of a mix of riceflour finely grinded and mixed with wheat. It became troublesome to finish the entire 10 kg stock and once done we now avoid buying flour from the market and try to wash the wheat in advance so as to avoid a similar situation.
