My first priority in my diet is Rotis. I am always been a fan of eating Rotis either it is lunch time or dinner. I believe eating Rotis are much healthier than rice.
I used to eat around 4 to 5 Rotis in my lunch and 3 to 4 in dinner. But since I started using Aashirvaad Atta, I consume more Rotis than before in my lunch as well as dinner.
