Good Quality Atta

Being a Tamilian(South Indian) by birth, we are much dependent on Rice for our daily meals like Idly, Dosa, Variety rice, Appam and Pongal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We dont prefer chappatis. But we have changed this habit two years before, when my father in law and Mother in law are advised by doctors to take chappatis for lunch and dinner to keep their diabetic in control and also for their weight management.

As we are not fond of chappatis, we need it always to be soft and tasty. In the early days, I tried atta of several brands even loose flour but are not satisfactory, the chappatis made from it were soft when it was hot but turned hard after some time.

So I was frustrated to prepare chappatis, later my friend suggested to buy AASHIRVAAD - ATTA, aproduct of ITC - with multigrains, it claims it have wheat, soya, channa, oats, maize and psyllium husk. Eventually I started buying it, I must admit I was impressed with its taste. It is rich in fibre, protein with high density flour, low saturated fat, highly nutritious and easily available in market. It is made of pure grains no harmful products are added to enrich its taste. It remains good in its taste and texture not only for chappatis but also for pooris.

Moreover my son started eating chappatis nowadays, prefers to take it even for lunch and enjoying its taste and softness. Though he was hungry he didnt eat chappatis on early days.

The cost of the atta is little high when compare to other brands but the quality is awesome with excelled vaccum sealed weather proofing packing so we can store it for long time. If we buy bigger packets rate could be cheaper.

So now I am not looked for any other brands and strongly would recommend this Aashirvaad Multigrain Atta.
