My opinion is big NO NO NO for any projects of them. Owners are not good. They refused to give amenities mentioned in brochure it self.
There people have promised some other amenities like jogging track initially. Marketing people promise you everything but at the end they will be posted to new place & thereby new guy who comes will tell I don’t know what he committed. New guy will tell it is not possible.
Sincere request not to buy any flats anywhere in world(may be) of Aashraya Projects(currently office located in HSR layout).
