I am writing this review a week after my experience. so you can consider I am not writing this review out of frustration. ABC Broadband is the most unprofessional and unethical organization. it been 3 weeks since I am running around for internet connection. but these people are worse than ever. when you line the customer care, the executive comes the very next day , tests the speed and takes money from you. thats it.. nothing after that. They dont pick you calls. no use calling the callcentre. the area manager in RR nagar bangalore (manohar) is horrible. He cuts the call, never turns back to you once money is paid. If you request the executive to come at around 6:30 in the eve, he turns down telling he works only till 6. he just custs the call and never returns back. after that, it your head ache. I never thought service can be so bad from the company. anyone looking for this connection, my recommendation is "BIG NO". Stop these guys. there are better service providers.
