Beware of ABC Broadband broadband services. I have applied for the connection. Their representative came and taken the installation charges knowing that their service is not available in my area than their engineer came and told me that in my area service is not available. For last 3 months I have been chasing their customer care for refund of my money with no success. And now after 3 months they have stopped replying my mails and also whenever I call them they told me that you will receive the refund and disconnect the phone. I will be lodging a complain with TRAI regarding this loot but thought that I should post it here so that no one else will be caught in their trap.
