I dont have words to discribe how worst it is....customer service sucks....no proper field executives they will tell all the stories and take the money and run off CHEATERS dont give any money before the service. You have a problem with ABC Broadband...just raise a complaint and forget about it, not you....they will forget about it...no one is the concern person or department to address your issue, every time you call themthey say im not the right person to address this issue I will forward your complaint to concern dept. and which will never happen, even after 6 months. these are just an examples of what all I have been through due to ABC Broadband......
