- No Installation after 12 Days

Beginning just after the Demo Day followed by my Subsription to the Bill Free Plan (on 14-Dec) ONLINE via my Credit Card, there is no response till now on when my installation shall be done.


I am continuously following up on emails and Call center, not received any update

  • No one bothers to respond on the email.

  • call center guys put on hold to check status and then call drops off in somtime - Happen 4 times in last week.

My credit card is already charged with 3300/- and there is yet no service and no response.


Now, I did call the call center and advice them that in case they are not responding to me my today, I am going to log a dispute with the Card Company and ask them to recover my payment on terms of no service given.


This has been a completely horrifying and disgusting experience till now.


HENCE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM ABC Broadband.
