Hi All


My Problem: I want to disconnection as shifting. Agent checked the feasibility but it was a non-reference area.


Resolution: Agent tried all possible retention efforts & pitched for shifting ownership, shifting service to someone else & CB49 plan. Customer said that he will think about the CB49 plan & get back to us. Hence customer retained.
