I had taken a plan for 3 months of 2 mbps unlimited and they told me there were no speed downgrades so I choose ABC Broadband.
Other wise I would have choose airtel broadband.I got 2 mbps speed for 1 month and after 1 month now im getting like 500 kbps. I called customer care and they told me that I have entered into secondary speed
I asked what about no speed downgrades so she replied saying that there are speed downgrade after the given fup
What big lairs! So I have decided to file a complain in consumer court. They are fooling us
