I have been using ABC Broadband broadband for 4 months. for 2 months I was really satisfied with it, until I start having issues ie; connection issues. I have 750 kbps value for money unlimited plan. connection problems arises whenever we download nonstop for 24 hours. connection will restore after 10-12 hrs. it seems ABC Broadband is limiting our usage. and I really hate that. once I called ccare for the problem and guess what they say? "sir we will send over our technician in 2 days" what the fuk... that is ridiculous. 2 days they cant be serious. I was expecting an instant support. it is really disappointing ABC Broadband... your primary goal should be providing satisfaction to your customer not by coning their money. actualy I love ABC Broadband but it has started disappointing me
