I took a ABC Broadband connection on april 2012 in gurgaon sector 57.it has been just 45 days since I took it and it hasnt worked from 17 april 2012 to 22 april 2012 and now from may 24 2012 till date.
no person responds to complaints.there is no redressal mechanism. no one bothers about the customer. they keep giving new deadlines as to when the complaint will be resolved everytime you call them.
do not get a ABC Broadband connection if u want value for money.
u will end up visiting a cyber cafe because the ABC Broadband connection wont work. these guys take at least 4 days to rectify a fault.
