Users- please dont bother to go in for this company’s services. You will have to run after them to give you any kind of internet service.
Personally, its been a month that I have had the connection for more than a month and it has worked only for 1 day. This is inspite of calling the customtakeouter service more than 50 times. A word on that - it takes a minimum of 20 mins to get through to any customtakeouter care executive.
I had paid them 2300 rupees initially. Even more pathetic part is that the end of the month, I got a message from them that the balance amount for this month’s use is rs. 580!!
It has been a horrible experience and I am planning to go to the consumer court and charge them against various lawsuits.
Its a FRAUD COMPANY and they are just going to take the money from you and you will end up REPENTING. They will just SUCK YOU MONEY.
