Hi Guys,
I applied for a connection 5 days back, but till today I did not get any Technical person to instal the connection. I already paid the amount to get the new connection. Initially they said that the connection will be provided with in 24-48 Hrs, after 48 Hrs when I called them they said that it will be done today, but they did not. Again I called them on the next day again they said the same. They simply bargain the time, but don’t provide the connection.
At last I had to cancel my connection. Then they said that the amount I paid will be refunded in 15 working days.
So Guys, If you are planning to take new internet connection, Please DO NOT go for ABC Broadband.....
