This is a usual response I get from ABC Broadband every time.
I wrote in to appellate, she promised a call back to check on issue - and never bothered to check.
This is just pathetic... you guys have no respect for customers time or money; you expect me to pay every month when you give me half the speed or less.
as you are of no help im moving to consumer court.

UPDATE ON MY COMPLAINT BELOW ON 21 SEP 2012
So I receive a call from Mr. Nairs office saying they will send me a paper bill, I was all all happy... until I recieved the paper bill - it was a COMPUTER PRINTOUT sent to me by courier.
ABC Broadband makes false promises and I dont trust them any more; as a customer I have a right to a paper bill and soft copy if I prefer, but you guys think customer should revolve around you.
Please take this particular issue seriously... it seems that you want me to take this up with NCDRC.

Your Mumbia call center agent Sameer Khan spoke very rudely and disconnected my call on my face.
My company requires me to present original paper for reimbursement however Im being told that ABC Broadband will not sent me that due to your paper less initiative. More over I can avail this facility by paying Rs. 50 every month.
This is preposterous and highly unreasonable I pay Rs. 1650 every month to ABC Broadband and expect better service to your higher money shelling customer.
Please fix this.
