I have purchased ABC Broadband’s six months package and that was the biggest mistake of selecting such a worst ISP provider. They are just interested in making money by selling you the connection then they don’t care about the customers.
In first month itself, I posted almost 15 complaints about internet connectivity issues and every time they have started it for a while but it goes down everytime again.
After being pissed off by this system, I finally decided to cancel it and get my refund but then I got another hidden bullshit policy that you have to wait for 45 days to get refund and by the time you can’t touch your current connection.
Customer care is BIG TIME headache, everytime you need to wait for 10-15 minutes to talk to anybody from customer care section and everytime they repeat the same story. Whenever we get issues they don’t do anything but let us unplug the connection and plug it again and restart and all that. But connection never comes back.
I strongly recommend not to buy ABC Broadband even if they give you for free
