I got a connection and used it for almost an year. Finally surrendered when I shifted my house. But, the bill got generated for the months even after my surrender. I sent a mail again and again asking to close my connection. But, they never did.After a month, they called asking to pay me bills.
I clearly said, I will never pay for what I haven’t used.
But, After a week I got a call from Delhi police station(as they said). They gave a complaint against me. Do you think Delhi Police have no other job? Just for Rs. 1, 200 will they call the customers of a company against their complaint and warn them to pay the bill.
I said, I paid my dues and if the company wants to file a case, let them file. After a month I got a call from some lawyer(as they said) asking for my payment within an hour otherwise they will be filing as case in Delhi Court. I said, let them file and I least bothered.
Again a Lady lawyer(again as they said) called and was talking in Hindi. I asked them to talk in English. She calledup another guy and he was talking in English. How come a lawyer don’t speak English! which law college she graduated? The guy said there is a case filed against me in Delhi Court and I have to come with my lawyer(just for Rs.1200 if a lawyer is doing an argument in court, how much is the lawyer fees? Rs. 300/-?)
I said, send me the notice from court, I will come. How such a rude people from the ABC Broadband are?
I bet, soon the company will bankrupt since people started realizing their mistake in getting ABC Broadband wireless broadband already. As I did.
One Final Word: I won’t recommend ABC Broadband even to my enemy.
