Pathetic & Harrassing service

My user ID with ABC Broadband was: 1105061739. With the above reference number, you would’ve pulled up all of my details and I have been very unfortunate to have ever taken up their broadband services and would definitely never advise anyone to ever try your connection.


I was very shocked to receive a call earlier in the day today stating that I have a summon for a case they have filed against me for a non-payment of Rs. 1436. When I tried telling them that I do not reside at the old residence anymore and that I had returned the equipment and had no dues, they were not ready to listen and asked me to contact ABC Broadband Customer Care.


Subsequently, I called up customer care number and spoke to the representative who informed me that I was charged as I didn’t return their equipment. When I gave her the reference number to my previous call to you, ( Old Ref: 1-2689632989) she confirmed that she has the details of the scanned copy of the CPE Removal Letter and that the charges would be cancelled. I further insisted to speak to a supervisor and was offered a callback in an hour’s time. The reference number for this call was 1-2920191298.


I next received a call from Sathish who was a Sr. Floor Supervisor who again confirmed that I had sent the scanned copy of the CPE Removal letter which I received on 9th March 2013 after I placed a request in February 2013 for the disconnection. I was once again informed that the charges would be waived and I do not have to pay anything further. The reference number for this call was 1-2920253198.


I find it extremely dissatisfactory and have been very disturbed that I received a call for non-payment of the dues which was never the case. I had sent the email with the scanned copy of the CPE Removal Letter on 7th May 2013. It is further annoying when the representatives at the customer care respond to you very insensitively when you call them.


When I requested the supervisor( Sathish, Ref: 1-2920253198) to have a written email stating my account with ABC Broadband is settled, he wanted me to write an email to customer care. I received NO RESPONSE YET TO MY EMAIL SENT ON 16th November 2013. I was forced to pay Rs. 1, 436 over the ABC Broadband’s website just to avoid a legal action taken by the company which is completely invalid. My Payment receipt number is: 1105061739TPC1911131011568.


I HAVE RETURNED ALL THE CPE on time and have all the proof of the same and deserve a refund of the amount paid. I am wondering if anyone would even bother calling me from the company. WORST EVER SERVICE AND NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THEIR SERVICE.
