I’ve been using ABC Broadband Wifi at my home. It works well and has been quite consistent except some rare occasion.. A few days back, there was some issue with my Wifi configuration. I wasn’t able to use internet. I spoke with a customer service agent who said that he will send a technician to my place within 24 hrs. The technician arrived the same day and sorted whatever the issue was.
This kin of response is very appreciated... They understand the importance of Customer satisfaction.
