The technical guy came and asked me to change the network port I have done but still the internet speed get worst my id no: 1108503118 it works just 2-3 days but again same thing I tried calling customer its say automated testing then customer care executive will resolve the problem when ever we call please enough is enough.
But the bill amount I got 700+ change. Half the time, it didnt work only simple we have to pay. What a tragedy :(
Who will take action method for this ?
