I bought a new Sony Bravia few weeks ago, and wanted to watch movies online on it. I’m using ABC Broadband broadband. But I dint know how to connect my wifi router to the TV. So I called up the ABC Broadband customer care to know how to connect internet to my new smart TV. The customer care agent listened to my issue and started guiding me through the procedure to connect my TV with internet.
I wasn’t able to understand a few things but he patiently guided me through the process. At last, I was able to configure my internet wifi router with TV, thanks to his quick instructions. It is good to see ABC Broadband customer service people to know about such technical things in detail.
They are very well trained and polite while dealing with customers.
