There was that one bad day, when I saw ad for ABC Broadband Internet Connection and thought to try that. This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
I got frustrated so many times because of their service while using it and they are troubling me like anything since disconnection.
Since the service was so pathetic, I had to call the customer care so often that one day they themselves stole the device from the building.
When I registered the complaint, they started asking me to do an FIR for that and they will provide new device. It’s their strategy to force you to continue their service although it is not even close to service. Such companies need to be banned in India.
After disconnection they did not send me any alerts for due payments. Directly I got a call from their lawyer for payment. Again this is their strategy to collect the money.
I have paid the dues now. Hope they are happy with it and are not going to come again with new strategy.
I had already registered the complaint for missing device and request for disconnection of the service.
Please don’t suggest/refer this company to anyone. At least to your close ones. It’s like taking revenge from someone to suggest this internet service.
