I read the reviews of Tikonsa and I cant believe it has 67% approval while better providers like Airtel have 20+%.
I took the connection back on 30 Oct 2013, and as of Today Nov 28 2013, I have raised about 27 tickets with the customers, for issues ranging from no internet connection to bad speeds. Over this past month, I didnt see a hour pass by without getting a disconnection for at least 10-15 mins. And peak hours are the worst, the internet speed would be so bad, it would take 15 mins to load Facebook home page.
The customer care like always would ask me to restart the router, switch off adapter, the usual stuff, which wouldnt help. They would never send in a technician and would close the tickets even before the issue is resolved, and you wont get a confirmation call like other providers do.
May be ABC Broadband is working better for others, but for me at least, it was a nightmare, I am disconnecting by this month end, and hoping to move on to a better ISP.

So Here is my Story, I took ABC Broadband on Nov 2013, and after one excruciating month of disconnections and complaints, I terminated the connection on Dec 2013. I returned the Modem on Dec 12, 2013, and received the CPE removal letter for the same. Now after almost 3 months, on Feb 2014, I got a bill generated from ABC Broadband saying I didnt return the modem and hence I have to pay 1500/-.
I emailed the Customer care explaining that I have returned the modem, and I do have a Signed letter from the ABC Broadband representative that he collected the modem in Working condition.
I waited for the Customer care to respond, but they didnt respond, but after a few weeks I got a call (43646900) from a person claiming to be a lawyer and threatened me that she would file a complaint in Delhi court, if I dont pay the money immediately.
When I tried to explain the issue, she ignored what I said and asked me if I was willing to pay all the legal fees or just pay 1500/- and settle the issue.This angered me and I refused to comply to her will and said I am willing to face this in court.
Today she called me again and started shouting at me, when I asked her to lower her voice, to which she asked whether I am Mad.This annoyed me so much and I disconnected her call, but she kept calling me a few times, and finally stopped calling.
And finaly after all this, I got an auto generated mail today, saying my current outstanding balance is 00/-.
I am not sure what happened now, but I looks like ABC Broadband takes 6 months to figure out something is wrong on thier side, and in the meantime we have to tolearte some idiots calling and yelling at us on a daily basis. All I can Say is, please refrain from getting ABC Broadband, only thing that is worst than thier internet service is thier Customer care.
