Guys, here is a problem faced by me since I have been using ABC Broadband internet. If any ABC Broadband dealer suggest you to take a 6-month plan or a year plan for ABC Broadband. Just give him a loud reply as "NO!". Here is why it is so -
I have been receiving a good connectivity since one and a half year(while I was on monthly subscription). But for once I tried for a yearly plan. Within 3-4 months, I started getting connectivity issues. Well, so what.here is not the problem.
When the engineer of ABC Broadband visited my place he said, " Your place is having connectivity issues, so please deactivate or else u might receive such fluctuating connectivity." I said, "FINE!". From that moment itself I have being trying for deactivation & it took me one and half month(Just for the deactivation process to complete) and after the long procedure for deactivation, == Where is the refund?==. So then the customer calls the customer care forRefund.
As we all know the format they are being told to speak to the customer, they keep telling to that, "Sir, your request for refund is being forwarded, you may receive a call or a mail within 24/48/72 hours." Now the customer waits till the allotted time. But again after 24/48/72 hours the customer care repeats the same damn format as I told before. But where is theRefund?.
Now you have to keep calling them until you loose your patience. This annoying behavior or else could be called as a harassment to a customer to just trusting on the service, is a point to be made aware to the other ABC Broadband users. You may be experiencing a good connectivity, a good service(no doubt), but mark my words "DO NOT EXPECT FOR REFUND THE SAME WAY you get their good service." So my strongest advice is please do not opt for this internet, if you are not a man of patience.
