Wi-Bro Internet Service - A Fraud Company

Dear Friends,


My sincere request to all of you NOT TO fall prey with ABC Broadband Internet services. They are the worst company I have ever experienced.


This is further to the internet connection I had from ABC Broadband, I am here to explain the trauma I had gone through while subscribing to their services.


I had a terrible experience for almost 2 months, even after rigorous followup with their technical call center and couple of visits from their technical engineer, the issue(Frequent disconnection) remained unresolved.


At the end, I left with no option to surrender. I have given a request for the same to their contact cent re.


Though my subscription was suspended then, Till today, I see no one from ABC Broadband to take the device from my house.


On top of it, I get a mysterious call from their highly INSENSITIVE LAWYER(Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, Mob: 09873239807, Tel:+91 114 8099900) from their side who THREATENED me saying I need to make the payment of Rs. 2396 towards the outstanding on my account within 30 minutes from the time he made a call to me. Failing which he will take legal action against me.


First of all, I failed to know  from where this outstanding have arise.


I asked for changing my payment plan from quarterly to monthly, as I was not in favor to pay for 3 months in advance as I was already pissed off with the service provided by ABC Broadband. Which to my knowledge did not happened. I was not informed to pay any outstanding either verbally or in written at all while giving surrender request.


All of a sudden, their lawyer calls me out of a blue moon and threatens me to make a payment in 30 minutes. THIS THE WAY ABC Broadband WORKS? THIS IS THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED FOR BEING LOYAL TO ABC Broadband EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS TORTURE.


I was driving down with my client, and was on highway. I requested their lawyer to give me time till evening, but he was adamant on his statement to make the payment in 30 mins or face the legal notice.


I was embarrassed in front of my client and had a traumatic experience this morning because of this horrible experience dealing with the most unprofessional way one can expect from ABC Broadband legal representative.


I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO ABC Broadband EVER IN YOUR LIFE. THEY CANT PROVIDE PROPER INTERNET SERVICE. I was pushed to make a payment for the "ADVANCE BILL till Sep 25, 2013" by their stupid legal officer. Wherein I have given a surrender request more than 45 days back.
