-I got my connection in Dec 2012.
-3 days after not getting the speed.
-Reason will have to change the box.
-How much time taken - 9 days.
-All in all this continued for 3 months when I finally decided i have to get rid of the connection.
-Called the customer care and told them I no longer willing for this idiotic connection.
-End of Feb submitted the bill.
-Thinking now over from my side.
-But these are goondah people.
-Listen...End of march a new bill generated.
-Asked the reason- no reply --- u ll have to pay otherwise we will go to court.
-Anyways submitted.
-Again April end again new bill and to astonishment a bill of 1236, which we never paid or had those mb plan.
-Again same reply.
-I told them ill not pay.
-15 days later a mail came to me which I can send to anyone willing to see the attachment [just send me the request] of lawyer that they are going to take legal actions and I will have to go to court if not submitted the bill.
-I called these people scolded them but of no use.
-Seriously to tell u about roughly 20 of my friends till date have got their connection of ABC Broadband out listening to the harassment they are doing to me.
-Anyways because my wife was afraid we paid the bill.
-I called them and they said its okay it is a less amount, seriously I wanted to slap the lady I was talking to.
-Now the biggest part- this month again I got the bill for May and June.
-And seriously I don’t know what to do.
-U will never be able to leave ABC Broadband once to take it.
-Because it is a company full of criminals.
-I don’t know what to do now.
