I got ABC Broadband 6 months back and since then I never had a peaceful week of usage of their services. Very frequent disconnections and to add the worst of it is their customer services.
Always they keep saying next 24 hours the issue with network will be resolved as they are escalating the issue but nothing happens. Even they keep saying to send email to J. Nair (seems to be some senior folks) but even then nothing happens.
I had sent several emails to Mr. Nair also but still hoping to get this resolved. I am planning to move to some other service provider. An advise to all the new users stay away from this product.
