Too bad it’s now with Sify, but it appears the quality hasn’t changed! I’ve been with ABC Broadband for around 3 months now. Activation was quick and well communicated; I was kept up to date with SMS notifications with service updates and emails detailing order progress.
I use a variety of components for connectivity at home and buy my own routers, and have never experienced connection issues with ABC Broadband. But I don’t know why one of my friend who stays in thane, who is also using the ABC Broadband service facing many connectivity related issues with ABC Broadband, when he shared his experience with me I was quite surprised because my experience with them was completely different.
I guess its ma good luck :D :D Customer support team has always been professional and helpful and billing has been consistent. Also I’m happy with the download speeds; it is always as expected pretty decent but yes sometimes its affect in peak, but nowhere near as bad as what I’ve experienced with Sify. If anyone looking for any broadband would recommend them to go for ABC Broadband.
