Since last 2 months after numerous chaser mails and providing the modem-surrender acknowledgement letter signed by ABC Broadband executive and the bank statements showing the payment of the dues as mentioned in the full and final payment mail, ABC Broadband has failed to provide me a NOC. And now I have received a call on 15th November from TIS HAZARI court that, to present myself in the court.
To be noted, that the FNF letter was given after we made numerous call at your customer care executive center
Each time I call, a new executive picks up the call and after listening the entire story, does not provide me the NOC, or even transfer the call to their seniors rather each time they generate a new reference no. and forward my case to I dont know where, or ask us to send the same mail again and again.
Some of them ask us to pay for the modem even after knowing that we have surrendered the modem. At times they give me fake assurances that their seniors will call us back regarding this matter but to my surprise I have not received a single call yet.
We were one of your most dissatisfied customers during the tenure of service. Within 5 months we had disconnected your connections and have spoken to numerous other dissatisfied customers and heard there stories too. Some of your executives who have some humanity are also helping us.
We have recorded all the conversations with your executives and have all the necessary proofs that we have made the payment due against us and the way we had been tortured during and even after 7 months of disconnection.
IN my apartment last year 10 had opted for ABC Broadbands service. Now there is not a single customer left in this apartment.
