ABC Broadband is a fraud company, Even after paying the bill before it was due, they are asking money.I called customer care to cancel the service as there was internet connection, so no use of having the service.
Customer care representative was unprofessional instead of solving query kept on hanging. Therefore, I emailed them to cancel service and still it was not done and when emailed back after week and forwarded previous email. I received email it will be done in a weeks time. I also ask them for refund of my money which is paid in advance to them.
Instead of refund they are asking money from me Rs. 650 and threatening to sue me. It’s total fraud company without customer service orientation, they just want to make money by any means.
I am posting this because I want to make others aware of their practices and so that they don’t go through what I have.
