I have received a threatening/black mailing email something like Demand Notice claiming for faulty/unused services from ABC Broadband during 2010. They don’t understand a simple funda, if they provide a better and quality service, who in the world will leave them.These guys deserve punishment if they don’t change their attitude with their esteemed customers and I will bring them to court of justice if they don’t apologize for the inconvenience provided to me.
I have made ample calls to them stating that I have made the payment long time back and they now sent an email saying they have reminded and called me no.of times which I feel is bogus( I haven’t received even a single call. However, I received an email in 2011 for which I replied back saying this is faulty bill and stated clearly that I have already made the payment for which they haven’t responded)
