ABC Broadband gives speeds almost as promised but its down for at-least 4 times a week and when they do they go down for the whole night.
Night time the connection is highly unreliable after 9pm the speeds gets down and disconnects all the time.
Fake promises by customer care.
BEWARE(once in hard to get out) Once I was going to shift to airtel as they have good customer support and reliable speeds but ABC Broadband didn’t let me get disconnected, they keep on saying there is still validity left (I pay for 3 months, 2mbps) and they finally told me to pay another bill to end service!
Why should I pay for another 3 months that I’m not going to use?! I decided to stick to ABC Broadband, Once in its hard to get out.
Verdict: Choose BSNL, Its the best ISP( Seriously:D) other alternatives: Airtel, Reliance dongle( speeds better than bsnl)
