I have taken the connection on 8th Dec 2013 by paying Rs2600, with plan 4MBPS speed unlimited.
The Installation Engg show a demo, the speed was near around 2mbps, I asked why so?
The Engg told me that account is 2mbps, you pay the amount I will activate your account.
Then you will get 4mbps speed.
I have made the payment, but still same problem, below 2mbps speed. Then the engg told Sir, please wait for next 3hrs, I will submit the document You will get the speed. I said, I don’t know anything, do what evev come tomorrow and show me demo of 4mbps.
I did not fill the form & told the same, come tomorrow show the demo and I will fill the form.
That engg never came after calling 100times. Finally I have raised a complain on next day.
after 3days another engg came & checked the nework. The engg told me who has given the
connection, as the tower is already overloaded?
I am surprised ad asked ABC Broadband to refund my amount, But they said we can’t refund.Everything happened within 7days.
*Please help me how can I get my money back.*
