ABC Broadband is the worst internet broadband connection. Customer care/ technical help desk is useless. Every call ends with "There are some issue with your device Engineer will visit your house, " Physical visit engineers are most stupid people, the visit will be very rare, And they will communicate "We don’t know please contact technical help desk for further complaint or information."
The next and final escalation authority is Nodal officer That is j.nair@ABC Broadband.in, Till the date I have never received any positive response about my problem. Almost daily basis I’m registering complaint but no resolution. I asked to arrange for the waiver for the poor connection but straight way that got rejected.
