After almost 1 month bearing with ABC Broadband. Today I spoke to your help desk and it was really disappointing. There this some network issue, I am listen this from last 1 month. I don’t know either you are not able to fix it in month or you don’t want to fix.


Today after speaking with your senior help desk, I got the answer you can’t give me a deadline when this issue will be fix. So I have raised a disconnection request. Please can you do a last favor when you send a person to disconnect, please send a written statement that " it been 1 month and we are not able to fix the issue." I guess it true and you wouldn’t be having any problem to give this in written. Also your executive on the call also meant the same. According to him if we get to use internet in 3 hr a day and we should be happy for that. I hope you have the recording of there call log otherwise if you need it I have one with me. After so much wait, I think the last option I have is the consumer court.

I don’t know how you handle customer complaint but what I felt it really pathetic. After my last email a engineer visit was placed to my location but to my surprise, he said he can’t fix the issue it a back end problem this happen on Saturday 25th Jan but I was informed on call that its a site issue will be fixed by engineer. He said some one name Rajan will visit to our place on Monday to do the needful. But on Monday Mr Rajan didn’t bother to even take my call, even I tried whole day. On Tuesday I called Mr Rajan again when he pick the call to he informed me, he will send some team to check feasibility of the place tomorrow that is on  Wednesday 29th Jan. I don’t know why the hell you install the connection without checking the feasibility. Its been Friday neither Mr Rajan bother to visit nor even call to inform.


Yesterday I finally called the technical support team, the person on call said he will arrange a engineer visit for Friday i.e 31st Jan. To my surprise this time even that engineer didn’t bother to come.


Form last 3 week, my evening is spend calling ABC Broadband customer care. On call they said its a site issue we will arrange an engineer visit and on visit engineer says it a back end problem. What on earth are you people doing.


To be honest with you. Now I am really tried of all this, I tried for almost for 2 week just because I heard good name for ABC Broadband. But now I just want to get ride of ABC Broadband. If you can please disconnect my connect and refund me my money that will be very help.

I am writing this email because I thought I should share my experience with ABC Broadband Broad band service.


It all started well as I requested for a ABC Broadband broadband connection on the ABC Broadband website I got a call and it all goes well. After the installation, the engineer showed the speed test and it was fluctuating from 1Mbs to 3Mbs. On asking for reason we were told it will be fine after few hours which never happened in our case.


I value your time so I would just point down the issues faced by me:

  1. After just 2 or 3 days we were not able to connect to the internet then we called Mr. Srikanth(installation engineer as he has given his personal number if we face any issue). I can bet we received the best ever reasons for not been able to come for almost one week. Been working professionals we got time only on weekend when we finally called the ABC Broadband customer care.

  2. I would appreciate, An Engineer was sent on next day to fix the issue, we had to take half day from the office but Engineer changed the device and finally the internet was working so we thought it was worth that. But again the speed was fluctuating from 200 Kbps-1Mbps, as we inquires he said everything is fine on our end its a back-end problem and will be resolve in maximum 48 hrs

  3. After two days as we still faced the issue of speed, we called in ABC Broadband and asked them to fix the issue, we got a reply that our complaint has been registered and will be resolve within 2 hrs(Contact person: Sajan, Reference no: 13003577336).

  4. After one complete day, as the problem still remain I called again to the customer care and I was asked to followed all the steps again plug and unplug charger, then the call was disconnected in middle of the talk. Again when I called back this were some other person and he wants me to repeat the same steps again.

As now we are really frustrated with the ABC Broadband, we just asked for disconnection, technical support guy has requested for one last engineer visit. Again for this visit we had to take half day from our office, we hope it would be worth that.


I believe you would not like to hear this kind of experience about ABC Broadband which even I did not hear but now I have to say that it has been very bad experience till now.
