I had the connection for nearly four years but was fed up with their service. I disconnected the same and got mail from the company that I have nil balance and they told me to return the devices to their person otherwise a legal suit will be filed against me.
I called the person 5 to 6 times but no body came he said I don’t have the receipt book, I wil get bac with it, but no response.after nearly a month a fellow calls, he says I am a advocate calling from mumbai high court there is a case filed against you for rs 3000 and as I saw your case I called you to settle the case out of court, then I asked neither I received a notice or similar then how a case can be filed, he says the notice returned back as u did’t receive it and he talks all rubbish and foul language I said you ask the company people to contact, he says now its in court.and you have eaten company amount I wont let you, you wil b summoned and appear before high court.
I dont understand how a case can b filed directly in high court, this fellow calls me every 15days and talks rubbish and blackmails .No I dont understand whom should I contact and what to do.Pls help fed up with them
