ABC Broadband has been in the market for around 6 years now. It’s great to see an Indian company providing decent broadband speeds at affordable prices. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews about it. I haven’t found any reliability or speed issues.
Even the customer care is good. My issue of not being able to check my usage history was resolved promptly. All I had to do was make one complaint about it, I never needed to follow up, instead they resolved it and immediately called to confirm whether it was resolved.
Their plans are great, with most other providers at this price you won’t get such big download limit at decent speeds.
