ABC Broadband

I have been "trying" to use the ABC Broadband internet connection for the past one week.

Use ABC Broadband if you want:

1. 100kbps speed instead of 2Mbps that you paid for

   
   




2. Internet connection spontaneously stops working or doesn’t connect to begin with.

   
   




3. Abysmal quality of customer care.

   
   

It is interesting how a customer tells you that you cannot sue for poor quality of connection or how they cannot fix the problems altogether or how they cannot refund anything

I am left wondering why I have paid more than Rs. 2000 for such shoddy service.
