Rude Technical Support, Worst Connectivity

This is in regards to my connection with the aforementioned customer id, its a little over 1 month that I have got this connection; ever since then, it has not worked properly, it takes the device at least 15-30 mins just to acquire an IP address.


Even when it acquires an IP, the connection speed will keep on varying. A ping test shows that connection  drops every now and then.


Ever since getting this connection I have called at least 5-7 times  to tech support for the same issue, every time I am given a run around.


I understand issues with wireless networks, but if a so called world  class service has issues like these, then I think I signed up at the wrong place.
