My experience with ABC Broadband has been nothing short of a nightmare! For over three months I’ve experienced daily bouts of unusable internet speed. I’ve wasted hours on the phone talking to Technical support and customer service. Their technicians are un-trained and no only how to give text-book answers. They have no idea how to solve real world issues.
Their Customer Service is even worse than their Technical support. They are liars, cheaters, they pretend to do what you’ve asked but never follow through. It’s almost impossible to change your plan with ABC Broadband and if they ever say they will call you back - don’t believe it! They will never call back.
Please save yourself the head ache and wasted hours of your life, money etc... and DO NOT TAKE A ABC Broadband CONNECTION.
