Great job to the internet service provider! I was a customer of ABC Broadband broadband service. The internet connection was very SUPERB. Out of 30 days a month, I used to face problems with net connection almost 12 days. So lucky I used to enjoy the internet service for only 18 days.
Hang on in those 18 days, most of the time the net speed used to be less than 512 kbps, & Customer care used to say no problem SIR, we will solve your problem in 24 hours and restore the speed of 2 Mbps that you opted for. RIDICULOUS.
Wow wow, wait thats not all the problem. I got pissed because after I had disconnected the service, they sent me a bill of Rs 1500, saying, modem was not submitted back. This email made me go crazy. I had received an email stating that I need to call their executive and ask him to collect the modem. "I need to" surprising. I took that effort of calling the executive Santosh Jage to collect the modem, and he never turned up. Couple of months down the line, I receive an email from ABC Broadband, that you have been fined for not calling the executive and submitting the modem.
Hats off to ABC Broadband, they are at fault & want Customer to pay the money. What a smart way off making some extra money from the lost Customer. Good going, keep up the good job ABC Broadband.
