Had bought their services 2 years back and very soon knew it was a rip off. I tried calling the customer service to cancel the connection for which I was asked to write an application! For which I said that I wont and discontinued using it. Now they started sending me bills which I obviously wont pay since I haven’t used it and I was not happy with the service.
Now its more than year and I got a call from some person claiming to be an advocate from Tees Hazari Court and told me that a case has been registered against me for non payment, I asked them to send me a summon if it is a court case. But I haven’t received anything till now. And I get these kindof calls from them every month. This is how these guys behave for their incompetency to provide good service.
