We took a ABC Broadband(cust -id- 1108039293)wi-fi broadband connection of 4mbps with unlimited download scheme .The problem started after a couple of days of its installation.
We had raised around 12-15 complaints in a month regarding the speed. Like its hard to even open a google window.My complaint has always been given as highest priority and engineer will visit my residence with in 24 hours( which never happened). We raised a concern for the discontinuity and refund our installation fee which they have cheated.
But till the last moment also they were following up with their billing team.The customer care is horrible and the agencies are highly un-social.Avoid this company even if this is your last option, you will waste your money and time. These stupid people are good for nothing. We took the connection 4 months ago and paid a good amount for it and we have dc it last month.
*I WOULD NEVER RE-COMMEND EVEN MY ENEMY TO GO FOR THIS CONNECTION.
