Never go for ABC Broadband
Worst company I ever seen.
I am using ABC Broadband service from around 1 year. Even they have the worst service I need to use it cause in my area there wasnt any ISP.
3 months back I have raised request to shift my connection, when I called the customer care they asked me to do the quarterly payment in advance. And in case there is no connectivity they will refund my money.
I made the payment on same day and waited for more than a week to get a call from ABC Broadband. After the wait period and ABC Broadband engg called and said there is no connectivity, and if I have another home where I can transfer it. So I asked them to move the connection to another home.
After few weeks another engg called me and said there is no connectivity at my 2nd place as well,
Now I dont have connection.
My 1st home(Rented one): which I left,
My 2nd Home
My 3rd home
ABC Broadband people are now saying there will be no refund as the payment which I made was for 1st location. (Where I dont stay now).
Every time an idiot calls me and I need to repeat all the story. And they say we are not aware if someone committed you. I asked them to check the calls recordings and even I also have them. if they want I can send them the same so that they can listen Never go for ABC Broadband. This is the worst ISP I have ever seen. I dont know how your business is running? May all the ones who opt for ABC Broadband dont investigate about service like me.
Only an Idiot will continue ABC Broadband.
