I would request whoever is planning to buy this connection, at least read my review. I planned to buy a net connection for my home in Pune in the month of March, so many posters of ABC Broadband were there in my society so I decided browse through ABC Broadband’s website and submitted my request for my connection. Waited four days but there was no revert back.
Finally I made a mistake of calling the no. on the posters stuck in my society lift. Explained the person that I had applied for a connection but till date there is no reply from ABC Broadband. He asked me to give a different mobile no and email id which I have not submitted to ABC Broadband online for a connection.
Done. I got my connection within three days....that’s the end of it......The connection never worked. So many intermediate failure that I was forced to bang my head on the desk.
I tried calling the person who installed my connection but there was no reply. After some frustrating days, I wrote a mail to ABC Broadband customer care. Apart from an auto reply I got no feedback.....So I decided to escalate through mails to the top management of ABC Broadband.
After about two to three days, an engg came to my place to check the problem but was not able to diagnose. After a while, a tech called me and said that there is no network available where you are residing because of which I am facing the issue.....ok I said.....what is the resolution? why you agreed to install it when there was a network problem???
He asked me to wait for a month in which we will get the issue resolved. The month got over on 01/05/2013 still the problem continues......apart from auto mailers, I am not getting any reply from ABC Broadband’s top management to whom I am continuously following up for the rectification of problem or refund of my money.
You will be amazed to see such a kind of pathetic customer service. My humble request would be....please don’t buy ABC Broadband.....for the persons who are daring.....my sympathy......
