I am amazed by the positive reviews Tiona WiBro has received on Mouthshut. It has been 3 months since I bought ABC Broadband broadband and it is pathetic. I have purchased 4Mbps plan. I have complained for atleast 10 times during these 3 months about slow speed and disconnection. Customer service is very slow. Frequent disconnection comes as a package.
I will suggest those who are buying ABC Broadband to consult someone near you who has used ABC Broadband previously. Even you can check ABC Broadband’s own forum to get a picture of how unreliable and pathetic service they provide.
