I want to know you all about pathetic service of ABC Broadband, when I taken the connection that time I paid approx 2500 INR. rarely I used the connection 15 days, after poor service and pathetic customer care response I requested ABC Broadband to close my connection. After several request they finally disconnect the connection, but without my information they removed my modem from top of my hours.
Again I informed to customer care but they suggesting me to log FIR in police station. after 3 month got a call from ABC Broadband legal department. They are treating me to file a legal case against me and the way he talked to really very absurd. I am surprised how the company without talking to customer for obtaining his consent to do F&F threats directly to file legal notice. I am really bad that I got their connection.
I surrendered their services after experiencing the worst services of them. Just now I paid 1020 for modem . and trying to close the chapter. So in one line cheater company please don’t go for this .
