My self Nirav . I have baught ABC Broadband nano brodband. My plan is 300kbps and I get only 150 kbps speed.
So I call to custmer care and they send one guy to my home to solve the problem.The guy told me that your plan is 300 kbps so you r getting speed around 150 to 300 kbps.but now I am getting only 150 kbps.so he told that it is not any problem.then I told him I m not a fool.I spend 660 rs for 300 kbps not for 150 kbps.but they are not give me a solution. They think amdavadi are foolers.
Here My plan is 300 kbps and I getting only 150 kbps.
My downloading speed have to near about 38 KBps but I am getting only 20 KBps.
