Guys customer service is okay for some extent, but the connection is too worst in bangalore. I took the conection in three days they are very speed in installing, but the service is very very poor. You never get the promised speed. I think they are facing some technical issues in establishing the connection, let them do well first then we can go for ABC Broadband. As for now please don’t take any stupid decision, if you have any dial up connection I suggest you to keep that till they are success. Even I planned to disconnect and I made complaint for disconnection of ABC Broadband service they promised they will make disconnection in 7days.
