I have been a customer of ABC Broadband for last 3 months and my ordeal started since the day I got this broadband installed. My user id is 1100700124 . The problems I faced are as follow:
a) I was promised that I will get a free wifi instrument the day I will get broadband installed at my place. I got the broadband installed in February and promised that I will be given the wifi instrument in one week. I complained about this on 6th of march complaint number 1-375391609 but nobody from ABC Broadband bothers to look at this and after 3 months I am still waiting for WIFI instrument. I call customer care every day and everyday they give me new complaint number.
PS: If you are buying ABC Broadband broadband for free wifi instrument then please dont buy, as you will never receive it.
b) I have a plan of 256kbps unlimited. The speed I get is 13kb/ps. Even dial up gives good speed. And to worsen this the net refuses to work 6 out of 10 times.
c) ABC Broadband doesnt have any technician as the customer care department has been promising for the last three department that someone from their department will visit my place to check the speed but no body turned up in last three months.
Please guys do not go for ABC Broadband wifi bro as there broadband service is very bad. If you wan to talk to customer care department daily and wate your time then its a best option. Few of my complaint numbers are 1-375391609, 1-498154269, 1-486918214, 1-538088234, 1-539527361, 1-539534673 etc. No complained has been resolved till now.
